Pop, it's a simple fact that there are 12,000,000 illegal aliens in
this country and it really has nothing to do with prejudice. It has to
do with breaking the law.

Personally, I think the laws are restrictive and need to be loosened
up a bit but I also think they need to learn English and how to abide
by the laws of this country.

I am in full favor of amensty being granted if they can pass an 8th
grade level English exam and then opeing it up for more to come, again
provided they learn English and abide by the laws. The problem is (and
I know this is a HUGE problem around where I live) is that a great
deal of them are gang members and engaged in some pretty serious
crimminal activity and because of the Latino lobby etc, the police are
really restricted as far as what they can do and the reason they can
even question them in regards to possible crimes. That is a major
problem. I'm not neccessarily against them getting some medical care
if they need it. I am against them haviign full reign to terrorize the
community though. It's a big issue here. Huge.
