Why is h/she smug or ignorant? He/she hasn't rubbed your nose in it
like many would after your rants, and he/she is obviously ignorant of
your setup as are we all, but he/she has never suggested that he
knows anything about your setup. Just pointed you to somewhere where
you might find an answer.

Oh, and while youre at it, tell us why you were thick enough to fall
for the patter from Sony and BMW when that's all they want is for you
