Suicide causes problems, lots of problems and never ever solves any
problems. Stop thinking that way NOW!
When bill collectors call on the phone tell them you are disabled and
don't have money or assets to satisfy their particular debt but that
harassing you can eliminate the debt rather quickly according to your
state district attorney and further calls will be considered
harassment and reported to the office of the state .
Same thing if they show up at your door except you should immediately
call 911 and report the in person harassment. You would be amazed how
fast they will leave and never return when you tell them please come
in and wait for the police to get here so I can report this
harassment. If you have a lawyer for your SS case refer them all to
that lawyer. Keep logs of the time they call or show up at your door,
their name, and who they represent. Always ask for a return phone
number and mailing address. A note or call from your lawyer will stop
them in their tracks or eliminate those debts in a court of law. You
may need to consider filing personal bankruptcy. After paying all
essential bills and buying the necessities for your family pay your
other bills with whatever is left either by dividing any extra among
them or in a set rotation.
