Well, nothing seems to be happening at all. I wasn't a 100% yesterday
so can't go and check what has happened but hopefully something will.
I'm not holding my breath. However I will never use Zurich for any
products after this. Their responses border on insanity. However
yesterday Allianz Musical sent my flute insurance and I wanted the
second hand e-bay midi stuff (adding if cheap) and they said because
I had never claimed at all on my policy that I could insure it for
£ extra a year and it would be covered up to £1000. That is good
insurance. Keep the customer happy and they will come back and
recommend. So slightly happier.
