She is entitled to draw benefits on your account. She can start any
time as she is already past the minimum age of 62. The earlier she
starts drawing benefits the less her amount will be. either call or
visit your local SS office to get the amount she can get if she starts
drawing now and or how much she will draw by waiting. That way you
will have the needed information to make the best decision on when she
should apply.
