I know absolutely nothing about computers or systems, but it's not
unusual to have inconsistent systems performance even within the same
office. If your folder's location concerns you, only thing I can say
is to keep bugging them.

The very small sample referenced above pertains to central office QA.
My wife was on the central office QA staff for about 25 years.

The percentages reviewed by the QA units in the regional offices,
., Dallas are larger. At one time, it was 5% but it's my
understanding that it's up to 50%, especially for allowances.
